Please read These TERMS OF SERVICE carefully before using this website or PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS.
We want you to feel comfortable with our services, so please read on!
These terms apply to your use of this website and all of the sites and services owned or operated by Olena Sanina, including but not limited to: www.mindful-me.ca, www.my-secret-ingredient.com These terms also apply when you purchase any of our products or services on this Site including our group and individual coaching programs and our e-learning courses, e-books and other products (collectively, our “Products”). By accessing or using the Sites or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by and to follow these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so please check this page periodically for changes. By using these Sites or ordering a Product after we post any changes to these terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them or been notified about them. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms, please do not use this Site or any of our Sites.
Your privacy is important to us! Please review our Privacy Policy for information explaining the information we collect and how we use it. Note: We’d sooner stab our eyes out than sell your information.
Payments for Online Purchases
Payment for your online purchases shall be made via credit card or Paypal, as specified at the point of payment. By placing an order with us, you agree that we may charge your account the full purchase price, including all fees for shipping and all applicable taxes, immediately or, if you have elected an optional payment plan, in accordance with the payment plan schedule provided at the point of purchase. All prices and other dollar amounts are listed in U.S. Dollars.
By placing an order with us, you represent and warrant that the credit card or payment account being used is yours, and/or that you are duly authorized to use the account, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olena Sanina and each of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, coaches, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (each, a “Company Releasee” and collectively, the “Company Releasees”) from any and all damages or losses of any nature or kind, including attorneys’ fees, that any Company Release may incur arising from any breach of or inaccuracy in the foregoing representation and warranty.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, items, and availability of Products available through our Sites; however, typographical or clerical errors do occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to revoke any stated price and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit or charge to your account in the amount of the charge. Images of Products on the Sites are for illustrative purposes only; actual Products may differ from such images.
We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product or service delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation or with course emails (like the spam folder stole it), it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. Truly, please let us know as soon as possible. We never want you to feel like you ordered something and we did not deliver, because that is awful.
Cancellations and Refunds and Program Rules
It is our policy to provide all of our clients with the best learning and coaching experience bar none. It is our experience that the following policies best reflect our commitment to our clients.
To support all coaching clients in realizing their coaching objectives, all purchases of conferences and retreats and crystal ball assessments are final and non-refundable.

Non-disparagement: You agree that you will not engage in any conduct or communications with a 3rd party, public or private, designed to disparage Olena Sanina, including, but not limited to, any remark, comment, message, information, declaration, campaign, communication or other statement of any kind being verbal, in writing, electronic or otherwise that might be construed as derogatory, defamatory, libelous, or slander.
Finally, we reserve to the right to remove you from the program and withhold a refund, for any reason. For example: We may withhold a refund if you negatively impact someone else’s experience, share confidential material from this program produced by Elena Sanina or other students, promote yourself in our student Facebook group and try and convince other students to become your client, or participate in bad faith. (We know you would never do something so dastardly, but our lawyer insists we say it!).
Bonus call: If you receive a bonus 30 minute private call with Olena, you must have scheduled that call before the core program ends. After that point, the bonus will be considered complete. In addition, bonus calls can only be rescheduled once, after that the bonus is considered complete (we do this because your time, and our time, is important!).

Private one-on-one coaching: If you wish to terminate a private, one-on-one coaching engagement with on of our coaches early, you must follow the procedures outlined in this paragraph. First, you must detail your reasons, complaints and grievances verbally and in writing to your coach and work with your coach for at least 30 calendar days, in accordance with your coaching program, to address these issues. You agree to participate in this process in good faith. If following this 30-day period you still wish to end the engagement, you must submit a request in writing to terminate the coaching relationship to Elena Sanina at olena.sanina@gmail.com. The decision as to whether to issue the refund rests in the discretion of the Company. In the event of an early termination of a coaching engagement, you will be charged pro rata for sessions, classes and/or package components used through the date of termination at the retail price (not package price) of each element at the date of termination, plus a cancellation fee of $200.00 USD.
Career Happiness Revolution: To qualify for a refund, you must have completed all course programs and home assignments according to course instructions during the first four modules of the program. You are welcome to test drive the course materials and program fully during that time, and request a refund at any point during the first 4 modules. When the 5th module unlocks, the refund period is considered complete and no more refunds will be granted. Please submit a refund request to support@therevolutionaryclub.com with all relevant assignments attached showing you have completed the work.
Zero to Passion/Networking Masterclass/Money Paths: If after completing one of our Do It Yourself e-learning courses and you believe that you honestly did not derive substantial value from the course, we will refund your payment within 30 days of purchase upon written request. To qualify for the refund, you must submit your receipt with a brief explanation as to why the course did not work for you or meet your needs. Email olena.sanina@gmail.com with your receipt and details within the 30 day purchase window.
Liability
You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of the Site or Service. Additionally, Elena Sanina is not liable for damages in connection with (i) any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure; (ii) loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business,savings, goodwill or data; and (iii) third party theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract, tort, or any other theory of legal liability.
The foregoing applies even if Olena Sanina has been advised of the possibility of or could have foreseen the damages. In those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law. In no event shall Olena Sanina cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the Service you have purchased from us, and if no purchase has been made by you Olena Sanina's cumulative liability to you shall not exceed $100.
Overall Intellectual property
All content provided on the Site and in the Service, including all products and all online class and workshop materials are the intellectual property of Olena Sanina and are provided to our clients for their learning and not for commercial use. The content of the Site and Service are protected by United States trademark, trade dress and copyright law. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the content of the Site or the Service, in whole or in part without our prior written consent. You may not remove any trademark, copyright, or other notice from the content of the Site or the Service. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, at to pursue all available legal remedies against you if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy. In layman’s terms, please don’t steal any of our content and reposition it to sell as your own. You are better than that.
